OUCH!!! But IMO, losing your house to a fire is a bigger OUCH!!!

homeowners ins.

a friend of mines had his car burnt to a crisp when the garage of the person who was painting his car went up in flames while his car was in it. Homeowners covered the loss and sold the car back to him. He managed to make some extra money parting the rest of the car out.

Sorry for your losses. The car should be a relatively easy replacement. The home is going to be a PITA. You must consider not only the structure, but all the contents in it. How many of you can name everything that's in your home? Good luck.
