The older NSXs had less power, I believe it was 270 hp before they bumped it up to 290 later on. Still a great car, but overpriced IMO.

I too raced an NSX about 2 weeks ago. The guy was a total ********, the way he was acting you would thing he was in a Ferrari. He kept pulling up to the right of me lifting his arms in a "whats happening" gesture.

I don't condone street racing but I find that amature stoplight drag races are very much driver dependent rather than vehicle dependent especially w/ manual transmission cars.

IMO comparing a mass-produced 2+2 2-door luxury coupe to a hand-built mid-engine aluminum 2 seat exotic is really like comparing apples to oranges. Having both the G35c and NSX (see the photo above) I think that there are definite pros and cons to each. However if you asked me which car I felt was the faster/more nimble of the two I would have to say the NSX without hesitation. And as for the overpriced comments check out the lease rates for new '04s. Also check out the prices for pre-owned late 90's cars.
