turbos
Try to spin the turbos. If they spin freely that is good, check to see how much axial play they have, should not have much at all. also check side play. Make sure the compressor wheel connot or has not made contact with the compressor housing. If all this checks out , the turbos are good, . Also does your system have braided flexable joints? If so some have braid inside as well. Check and make sure the braid has not come undone and caused an exhust restriction. This could cause low or no boost. Also check the blowoff valve, it could be leaking. Make sure all boost/vacuum conections are correct. I have seen these on backwards causing low/no boost. Just a couple things to check.
