Plastic film in front of the rear wheel fender

Just got the car today! And I just discover there is a plastic film right in front of the rear wheel fender(opposit side of mud guard). What is the usage for that film? Can I remove it?

Leave it on dude-- that's stone guard protection to prevent chipping. That area is very exposed. Enjoy your new ride.

Thanks guys And those films are so hard to remove anyways.

I really enjoy the ride even I just drove 100km today. And now I am playing with my car and thinking how to hide the plug which on the left side of front bumper. I think it is kinda ugly to leave it outside of bumper

I moved my block heater plug to around the air filter housing. It's a little awkward to feed it up to that area, and you need to put new plastic straps on too..... Not so ugly but have to raise the hood to use. good luck, bro

Block heater comes standard on Canadian orders. It comes on the winter package on US orders I believe.

Not sure what you had on your front fenders bro. Nothing on mine. Maybe it was just stuff they put on for shipping.
Only had the protector on the rear where the fenders flared out
