Shaved emblems - who knows what other mods the previous owners performed and then returned to stock.

Blew a piston rod through the engine block and my car bled out on the highway. Oil everywhere on the highway. Hopefully i get a new engine under warranty, but wont know till monday. glad I didnt trade my other car in so at least i got something to drive the rest of the weekend!
The ticking noise is what we call "rod knock". In the FI world for G's and Z's that's the one sure sign that the engine is donezo.

Over a used vehicle? Was the $5000 for attorney's fees, or what specifically was it for?

Man if that happened to me I would be camped out in front of that dealer when it opened on Monday and wouldn't leave till I got my money back... Seriously I'd find out where he lived... where his kids go to school... that dude wouldn't be able to take a dump without me leanin' on the stall! F***in sleezeball used call salesman. I'm sure he knew it had issues.
Hope it works out

When I picked up my car from the Infiniti dealer they had this on the window of the car.
You might need to save the pics and zoom in to read a bit better.

Not sure if this might help, but Good luck.

AtlantaCoupe:
Know Cali has a three day grace period to back out of any purchase contract.
Don't know about other States. Get an Attorney for full refund plus maybe more.
