Re: debadging your car

Now thats what I'm talking about, my car is gonna be debadged of the infiniti soon, haven't had time. I don't know about you guys but I didnt buy the G35 because it was an INFINITI, if i wanted a nice brand for the brand, I buy a BMW or Mercedes.

That's besides the point though. My clear signals are coming direct from a distributor in Japan, only getting the factory nissan signals that are not offered in the US. Theyre not those cheapy ones that are sold aftermarket here (thank god). Infiniti Sign will be gone, and G35 will be gone also. Im waiting for the Gialla rear flush spoiler, I think its better than the factory one I have now.

Wheels I will wait, and add coilovers later. If brembo has a 4 wheel system for the g35, these gold ones are off, red is better. My theory is simple, go with the best. Don't waste money on small brands that make your car seem tacky. This is a Japanese car people, please dont use taiwan parts or american parts

Re: debadging your car

Nice pics dude. I am so glad infiniti went with LED taillights rather than conventional bulbs. It just makes the car look more special.

Re: debadging your car

Thanks guys for the compliments! I think this car has one of the nicest a$$'s out of many others. I can pick one out from the crowd in seconds. It's beautiful, but I'm sure I'm preachin to the quire. Please post some pix when you get yours done as well, cherio.

Re: debadging your car

I took off the G35 badge not for purposes of making the car more mysterious but because it looks better. Having the G35 badge on one side is asymmetrical. If there was another badge on the opposite side it would look better because there would be symmetry. Since I am not a fan of having writing (or chrome for that matter) on my car, I would much rather remove the badge. I left the INFINITI badge because the back looks too plain without it, since I don't have the spoiler.

Re: debadging your car

I wish I had a good digital camera. I took all the badges off a while ago, besides the infinit logo. I don't think it would look good with the infiniti logo gone too.

I gotta give it to you, I've never been a fan of red, but that red looks sweet.

Re: debadging your car

Dally,
Did you get yers from Cerritos Infiniti? Are you still gonna tint the lenses? I'm thinking about doing mine. Very light though maybe 35%. What do you think?

Re: debadging your car

Those cars look great with just the badge.

I'll probably do the same when mine comes in.

Re: debadging your car

Thats not my car...
I get mine in one month or so... I got a loaded black on black 6speed
either way .. I tinted the lenses abit in photoshop there...

I may tint the lenses by removing them and using real tint on the inside.... Depends .. I think on a black car this may look ok

BUT on a nice wicked lookin red like yours .. yeah .. but it will depend on the tint color .. IT WILL LOOK HOTTT

I love the natural reflectiveness of the red rear lights BUT I find it to be very close to the color of the paint

The offset of the tint . will look incredible and shape the rear lights more so making them more distinguishable from the paint..

Later G
