hit a curb and sign

As I was driving to work today I took a turn a little to fast and spun my 05 coupe into a curb and ran over a sign. I did a complete 180 and my back right tire hit the curb and my back bumper hit the sign. The sign left a nice dent, but I am more worried about what happened to my wheels. As i drove away everything seemed normal but when i hit the brakes a heard a weird noise coming from the back right wheel. It is almost like a crunching sound every time the wheel goes around.

So what i really want to know is what the possible damage could be to the chassis, or alignment. The wheel kind of looks like it is angled sort of like this / if you were looking at it from behind.

Sorry for no pictures but they wouldn't even help.

VDC off FTW until you forget it's off and go a little crazy. Sorry to hear about your mishap but definitely let a mechanic check it out. I wouldn't drive it like that, you could be making something worse.

damn dude was it wet out? if not then you definitely need new tires...my Vredensteins never had any problems in the dry at any speed so far with the way i push it, and in the wet its not bad either
