help finding a scanner obd1-2
what are some good scanners that will scan obd1 and 2 for most vehicles and can test the different sensors for the correct voltages/counts. cheaper the better as long as it can do that and work on most cars.

try Kragen. My boy bought an OBD scanner there a year or two ago for like $45 and it works perfectly fine on both my G and his E46 bimmer.
