Broken OEM Brembo?

I'm not sure if i posted on the correct place, but here's the story...

I bought a set of Brembo kit from a seller on the forums, it was Gold, but i was thinking get it done in RED. so i took it to a shop and waited two days, so i arrived at the shop, the paint job was very bad!!! on top of the red coat i saw black paint, it was like after they finished painting the calipers, and someone else was painting black and some how got black paint on the calipers!!! so of course i wasn't happy with the job they did, so they're going to repaint it again.

By the way, did i mention they took the calipers apart? Disassembly my brembo!!! ahhhh but aanway, what i worry about is that my o-ring in side the calipers is GONE! i'm sure you know how careless people are. therefore what should i do tomorrow when i go back, and find out that o-rings are GONE??????
if o-rings are gone then pretty much brake fluid will leak!.
if you're not quiet sure which o-ring read the thread before.

i'm upset, spent so much money and i'm not getting the calipers i want!

Question of the day, if they lost those o-rings can i order them from the dealer? or brembo? or should i just demand them buy me brand new kit?

If they ruined your calipers they owe you either new ones or need to fix your current ones correctly.

Well then they replace them. If they're not fixable then you make sure they replace them.

Reminds me of when I took my car to Discount Tire to get new tires on my newly purchased OEM Rays 19s. They were attempting to take the old tires off of my front two wheels and almost simultaneously the two different kids on the two side by side hydraulic tire poppers, (for a lack of a better description), hit the levers and both wheels jumped off the rim support and ended up bending the sh*t out of both outer lips.... I was standing in the window watching this happen.

Needless to say they didn't even attempt to have them fixed. They just bought me a new set of front wheels. I almost went to jail that day...

but i'm sure Discount Tire shop is much bigger than this auto place i went to. it's just small business, i don't think they would give me few $G for my brembo.

if you refuse to fix the brakes if they are damaged:

1. Call the BBB, business get visibly worried when you mention this, and they know you are an informed customer.
2. Small claims court
3. stand out front with a sign and tell customers when they come in.

they'll do something if you go in that order...

You should be able to purchase a rebuild kit that includes all the internals

^+1, the rebuild kit should be available at your dealership. They may have to order it though. You could probably search for it online too. It's not an uncommon practice to disassemble the brakes prior to painting/powdercoating them.

That's what I was thinking, this should be an easy fix without taking some painter to court. I'd start by doing a search under Brembo.com or Brembo repairs.com. What you need is so small one of these sites might send it to you n/c! Keep looking....
