It would maybe look ok but the offsets would be a problem.

should work

Seen them on 350z already...check my 350z they have pictures of a few 350zs with 370Z wheels. Looks good. Just like putting on G37 wheels on our cars it would probably need a 25mm spacer all the way around to get the wheels more flush. Besides you might need it in the rear for sure since the rear wheels on a 370Z are wider than G37 wheels....

And for that price I'd rather go aftermarket.
Doesn't even include center cap.
