Car lost power and it felt like I was running out of gas..

I was driving on the freeway today going about 65 and the car all of a sudden felt like it was running out of gas. (2004 6MT Coupe Stillen cold air, JWT clutch and flywheel)

I would push the gas pedal and I had no power. It was very intermittant (it would have great power one second then the next noting)

The car never completly died and I was able to make it off of the freeway. Once I got off the freeway the car started acting completly normal, and it has not happened since (put about 10 miles on it since)
I had about 1/4 tank of gas and judging my my previous mileage logs about 70miles left on that tank of gas. When I pulled over I went ahead and filled the car with gas.

Has anyone else ever had this issue? The car has 80,000 miles on it and I do have an extended warranty which is looking like its about to get some good use.

Could be your MAF sensor. When you installed your CAI, did you install the MAF at the top of the tube or nearer the bottom? If lower, debris could be blocking your MAF. If this is the problem, the solution is to slide the MAF to the top of the tube.

The weird thing about it is that there is no CEL

I have put about 100+ miles on the car since this has happened and nothing has happened since. I am going to try and get it in the shop this week..
