next step after POWER
next step after POWER
ive got all the power upgrades so far that i would like, now time for the handling part of the car. any where i can start? coils of course.. then from there where should i go.
No rollcage what so ever unless you car is exclusively a track car. Rollcages are far too dangerous for everyday driving and frankly if you have a roll cage, your car should be fully gutted and weight stripped. Otherwise, what's the point?

I've had a DD with a cage and i'll tell you it's just a pain in the ****! I'd skip it unless you're planning on some serious track time. (or you wanna run sub 11 second 1/4's)
Sways are nice, and as always with good coil drop, you probably wanna pick up camber kits to tame the angle, too much camber can hinder yer handlin.
Anyone had experience with the chasis brace (the big ol thing) looks kind of promising.
+sizin rims can help out just find that balance between sidewall and back pain
Strut Tower braces i'm sure help a bit, but they look boss (Like Poly Bleaker)
if you wanna go full on fast stuff, poly bushings will stiffen things up suspension at the sacrifice of comfort and sound (they squeek) Maybe the stillen engine brace...haven't tried that one either but the theory sounds solid. (see what I did there)
What else gang?

The point of a roll cage is to protect from roll over, chassis stiffening, and overall safety. I've seen plenty of cars with roll cages and full interiors, albeit, not a full cage, more like a 6 point cage. Please explain how a product designed for overall safety is dangerous in a daily driver, or any kind of car for that matter.

Sways, all the GT Chassis Braces.
My car drives like it on rails. Even the shop out here says its the tightest car they have put together in the turns.

As I mentioned earlier, I had a full on custom cage in my highschool hot rod. And other than the pain in the **** of getting in and out around the cage...not to mention losing the back seat in all realistic terms, i had quite a few friends bang against the cage in hard cornering, dumb driving, etc. And I can have any number of them tell you, cages without harness/helmets...suck.
