Hey guys,
I'm really getting desperate here.
I bought my car from Texas, and shipped it out of the US, so in other words, I dont have warranty on my car anymore.
Anyhow, the transmission started being very notchy and grinds all the time when shifting to 3rd unless I pull it out of 2nd, and slowly push it into 3rd. This is not my first manual car, so I know its not normal nor my shifting.
So I took it to the dealer and asked them to change the Trans. oil just in case the oil have a lot of metal shavings.
Got it back, was OK for about a week, now 3rd gear is a bigger nightmare than ever.
Could it be the really hot weather? Average is 110F, or should I simply switch to better oil? If so, any recommendations or similar experience especially for those of you going through the same.
Thanks, and really looking forward for your feedback

I don't think it's gonna get fixed with just a tranny oil change. It sounds like you are gonna have to get a new tranny. Sux man.
