Re: Vortech install complete.. *pics*

I got the supercharger from www.superchargers4less.com for $4485. I paid $600 for the Zeitronix, which included the display, EGT sensor, wideband 02 sensor, and boost sensor. The Zeitronix is a sweet piece, you can log and monitor via a laptop. If you were to buy a A/F , Boost, and EGT gauge you would be well over $800 and not be able to log.
I made a bracket so I can mount the display in the cubby and close the door when I am not driving the car.
If you get one and need any help with the correct wires to tap on the ECU just shoot me a PM.

Re: Vortech install complete.. *pics*

lookin giod!!

i guess you're not gonna use my engine covers then??? if not, lemme know about the one that is the best fit, as i think i hava home for it now... (please!)

also, i am gonna recommend strongly to get your car to sam at coastal dyno.... he's the ONLY reason i broke 400 rwhp in my coupe, and still had 11.25± a/f at peak boost!!

sms

ps- get the 312 pulley, its waay better feeling, and good for at least 10 rwhp thruout the revvs.... (spool-up happens sooner as well)

cant wait to see your numbers!

LorinserBenz, the new toys are awesome. I'm jealous. Vortech makes some nice kits.

Re: Vortech install complete.. *pics*

With the 5at when you reach 6600 rpm the car will bog out then shift. With a ECU upgrade the car will have a raised rev limiter (7200RPM) so the car will shift before fuel is cut off.

Yes I am considering the Stillen valve body upgrade. I want to see how the tranny performs with the ECU upgrade. The ECU upgrade wont make the car shift any better but it will at least shift at WOT.
