Infiniti dealers sell clips/snaps?

I was finishing up sound deadening my car and I broke a snap or clip (whatever you want to call it) while putting back the passenger side rear panel in its place, now its rattling a bit. I was wondering if the dealer sells small things like these.

Re: Infiniti dealers sell clips/snaps?

they have a part number. I had much more luck at the Nissan parts counter. But they told me they would take forever to get in.

I went back over to the Infiniti dealer, since they broke it in the first place doing the rear shelf TSB (I was trying to avoid them all together after finding all the broken clips). They found a door panel in the shop, and gave me clips nearly identical to the ones I needed. They said they salvage them off of any panels they replace. They obviously break often :/

They actually replaced the entire rear panel for me, having bent the crap out of the rear part where it mates to the upper panel. And still broke a clip on the new panel.

I've stolen some clips and snaps off loaners. Nothing that will be missed though.

I did the same thing installing my system. I just fixed it this weekend. I used a couple of small pieces of the factory sound deadening material under the rear seat and a couple of zip ties. I need to replace the clips eventually though.

Back from the dead.

Anyone know where i can see the different clips they use? theres 3 different kinds on the rear side pannels and one has a long stem on it to guide it into the hole and i need that one along with the regular ones but no idea what the part numbers are.

The second member that answered this thread gave you the answer....Nissan! Take the part you're looking for to them and they'll match it....
