defintely, theyll wreck your car or do the worse job they can and still get away with it if u call them out NOW o.O

take down milage , call them out on it, memorize ur cars for dings anything. if anything new or the miles jump exponentially u can call them out on it.

I always thought it was a liability to them if they don't? Letting the owner be the first person to drive the car can be dangerous if there was a loose bolt or something they forgot. At least a mechanic should know to do an inspection, and take it slow in case something is wrong as where the owner might jump in and stomp on the gas pedal. If anything happens, the shop is still liable...

Now you know why stockies are nice to keep around - they can be the beaters while your car is in the shop.

It only makes sense because they're going to be working on the exterior of your car, very close to the wheels with tools that can easily damage the wheels' finish. Not to mention overspray, etc... I guess you just need to see the labor bodywork takes to understand that this little precaution works great for both sides.

IMO, changing wheels is not modding or demodding your car...

Well, either way, you're working for it... change the wheels out or fight to get them to pay for repairs/replacement...

What I meant is that Im not going to go OUT of my way and take off anything of my car for them to service it. AND if they do F it up they can also fix it or pay for it. I dont see myself covering damage costs for someone elses mistakes.
excactly, thats like basically saying "oh yeah im goign to to the store, and come back with a black eye"
