Picked up a set of Stillen sway bars and have read that while the stock bushings will work aftermarket ones are better; what brand do you recommend and who carries them?

Stillen sways are a little different from the norm so not all urethane bushing will fit. Give Stillen a call 800-889-9043 and ask them if they carry urethane bushing for their sways....if not who does.

stillen sways dont come with bushings like hotchkis???

I am getting the sways used and the person I am buying from used the stock ones which lead me to believe they did not come with them new. When I was on Stillen's web site they have them new for $249 shipped and they don't mention bushings.

Called Stillen and the rep I spoke to said he had them on his car and used the stock bushings, he said unless you take it to the track the stock bushings are fine.

That's always been Stillens answer to aftermarket bushings, but some of us would like something better like a bushing that would last. So....here's your answer www.energysuspension.com but they'll need to know the exact diameter of the sways when you email them....

If you are putting stiffer swaybars on it is pretty much a no brainer to go with poly bushings

Wonder why Stillen doesn't push aftermarket bushings..that is a chance for them to make more money!

If you go this route, get their black graphite bushings instead of their pure poly bushings...much better quality and performance.

I put a set of Prothane polyurethane bushings from Summit Racing on my G when I did my Stillen Sways last month. Perfect fit.

Lol with the aftermarket bushings cost, you might as well get the hotchkins that I found for about $313 shipped. I think I'm going to go with the $249 Stillen shipped price and take the Stillen Rep's advice
