IMO, the placement of the infiniti clock is way better than where it is now. it look a lot cleaner.

i wish i waited for the 05s. i like the wheels just about the same as the current ones. the interior looks better and i like that keyless starter feature.

what i dont like are the sedan's tail lights. they look really weird; i liked the row of leds more.

 

looks nice to me. i'm getting an ' 05 myself. ya i like the new interior definately. im also happy that they put the tach on the left and speedo on the right. that little detail kinda bugged me. i actually really like that blue. is it the same blue as the Z? cuz i said to myself, if they made that color on the G i get it right away. i agree the 18s on the coupe look better than these new 19s. anyone know if they still keeping the brembos for the 6mt and what about the interior colors. is frost a new option for leather?

 

i really like that new blue, did the sedan always have those big headrests? i really hate the head rests in the coupe

 

The new AT shift boot and how it goes to manumatic is very sexy. arg i want that!.....

these tires are goodyear eagle nct 5's (18's). anyone have any experience with these?

 

Everything looks pretty good I wonder how the handling is going to be compared to the current models. BTW did any one notice that dot or bump or what ever it is on the back of the sedan on the other side of ther eit says G35? Now what is that thing there a back up camera for models with the Navi system? Where did you find these pics?

 

I want that shifter in my car damn it and the bigger brakes.

 

Hmmmmmmm ok here goes my thoughts...

1) Sedan: As a former sedan owner 03.5 - I must say I prefere the rows of LED's...The shifter seems like it's really high up...The gauges...can't really tell from the angles but I like the current gauges or the Altima/Z style would've been better...Nice new color for the sedan "Frost" and Smart Key...I'm sure we'll be able to convert our center console's to 05's.

2) Coupe - THANK GOD I got an 04.5 woohoo! The 19's don't look aggressive enough like our current 18's...BREMBO's on the stock 19's are a must...body wise exterior looks the same..I love the new vent control flaps...maybe they improved the air flow from the AC....???

I'm sure we'll see the first batch of sedans as loaner cars soon...and the cpe..we'll just have to wait...

I just installed my CAI INJEN hooo sheeet the car just wants to take off now and it sounds sooo much deeper...Maybe the sedan sounds like the cpe now???

I'm kind of confused. From the looks of it, the sedan definitety has twin circle LED taillights, but does the coupe? On the 9th pic from the top, it looks like the taillights for the coupe havn't changed...That would be kind of disappointing if the sedan had twin circles and the coupe didn't...Twins are definitely the way skylines should be. Those with '04's, you don't have to put down the '05 to reassure yourself of your buy, no matter what changes infiniti makes, the G35c is by far the best bang for your buck in terms of luxury, style and performace. I don't think those calipers are brembos though, too flat...

 

def think that AT shifter is high and long loooking - BUT still the boot is pretty cool - but a lil detail like that wouldnt make me say i dont like it - i think its overall a great re-design hope they keep up the good work so the 06's 07's+ will be sick!!

The colors are the only thing I'm impressed with - the gray/frost interior and the new blue exterior color are the only things I wish I could change in my coupe... otherwise I prefer my base 5AT (no titanium-look center console) to the new coupe... esp. when my 19" GT-C's come in...

looks like the first pic of the shift **** is probably an a coupe and the 2nd pic is a sedan. you can tell the first shift **** is shorter than the 2nd...

 

I am affraid i must 2nd k5chen's remark. Everytime someone puts down the 2005 coupe, it sounds really bad.
Sort of like a cry for help: "Oh poor me, I bought an 04' instead of an 05', maybe I'll feel better if I put the 05 down . . . ."

Sounds like your having a serious mental melt down.
If I were you I'd go get a prescription or something.

 

Wheels are ok, but I really like the new interior look. Will be interesting to see what they do with the 6MT
