anybody here have their g in the dallas H.I.N or anybody see the g's in the show? i liked the one with vortec/procharger in it. it was hard to see with all the lights. i think it was the procharger. it was cools to see the "supercharger" up close.

I didn't show mine, but the procharged one was probably Robert's. Red coupe, red/blk interior, nice trunk system, etc...

Nope didn't go to the show. I'd say 80% of the show is just rice. All the Civics and Integras always have all the same parts. Nothing special... I used to work at a shop, so the scene is pretty old to me. I've been into this sorta thing since '95

the G w/ the vortech was a DG. The one cool G i saw was black w/ black pearl emblems. It also had a "handmade" exhaust so the guy told me.. Also crawford plenum, polished red, ground kit, i believe a ztube, and some other cool goodies. All of the other G's were ok.. The Z's seemed to make a bigger presence. There was one G w/ absolutely nothing done to it sitting on teh floor.. i was like ok wtf..

That white G was probably Mark's...Veilside front lip, ROH wheels, willow interior, dropped on Tanabe springs. I bought my OEM lip from him when he put the Veilside lip on. It looks good...his car that is.

hahah well man, most of the DFW G35 owners belong to our club. We all meet up pretty regularly to hang out or attend events. Sounds like you have some nice plans for it already. Nice quality components you've chosen.

Be on the lookout for me on the road!

as for the volk gt-7's, i saw in super street that katana makes an exact replica for a whole lot less. would they still be good quality?

No...the replicas won't have the correct offsets available for your car.

Those replicas will also be a one piece cast wheel, whereas the volk will be a multipiece forged wheel.

Hey Bolinp78...not trying to be flippant about your remark but you're talking about my G. Not everyone has money to be dropping left and right on mods for the G's. On top of that, do you seriously think I took it to win some trophy?!?! C'mon be real. I did it to backup our G Club as most people here in the DFW don't really seem to support much of anything. I'm not sure if I've HAD THE PLEASURE of meeting you but at least I supported the team...more than I can say for you. Knowing how many G's are out there and to only have a few roll into an event should truly be making you say WTF.....just my 2cents.
