What is the cheapest mod you've done to your car?

Seriously - I'm sure some people will post some jokes regarding what they've done but I think we have some clever people on this board.
I'm always trying to improve my G in any way so I'd like to know what some people have done to improve their car but haven't spent much doing it either interior or exterior.

I added a $0.10 piece of foam between my Z-Tube and my A/C line. This is a modification, right?

The above statements are only my take on the issue. If you disagree with anything I typed then you are 100% right!

Made my own grounding kit... ~$30?

Permanently wired my radar detector.. cost of detector + ~$2.

Other than that, almost everything I've done is audio/video related, so that probably doesn't apply to your question.

Debadged the "G35." - Free
Custom Blinking LED Side markers (Amber) - $15 in parts
Fumoto Oil Drain valve - $20
"INFINITI" chrome license plate frame - $25
Infiniti logo theft-proof chromies - $27
Light Blue LED clearance light - $30
Custom Mood/Ambient Lighting - $50

Anything over $50 is no longer a quick cheap mod.

What exactly is the process for this? Did you actually take off the front dash just to put in the LED?

Re: What is the cheapest mod you've done to your car?

Interesting thread topic.

Smoked OEM sidemarker lights (looks gray in the daytime, still lights up orange at night) $5 for spray paint

Slightly ported throttle body opening, with chamber polished, then port matched to plenum $5 for dremel bit

Polished Crawford V5 (I ordered it without powdercoating, so I could polish it to a mirror shine myself) $5 for metal polish

Polished lower plenum, slight port on intake runner openings, portmatched to intake manifold $5 for more dremel bits

Polished intake manifold runners $5 same stuff

Cleared out amber in headlight $0

There's a lot you can do for under $50 if you do it yourself. If I had the time/expertise to pull off the heads, I would have polished the intake and exhaust ports.

One more: hard-wired my Passport 8500 down to the fuse box - free (or 20c if you want to count the zip ties )
