Body shop question

I got into an accident about 5 months ago. The body shop I took it to still hasn't finished it. They supposedly finished it last week, but when I drove it home the tail lights weren't working and the heater either,so I gave it back . That was the second time I had to give it back. Its been almost 5 months and its still not ready, is there anything I could do? I asked my insurance but since I chose the body shop theres nothing they can do.

Yes! Call the BBB and a lawyer. Then call the shop and tell them what you are doing and tell them that your bringing the car to the Infiniti dealership were it will be fixed and they will send them the bill.

I believe this might be your only recourse ^ after 5 months you gotta wonder if they know their ****/job!

^A lwsuit lol. By law if your car cant be fixed with in 60 days then they need to get you a new one. TRUST ME if they had my car for half that time I would be drive a new one!

Well they fixed the body great just the details, like they thought I wouldn't notice. I've been calling them every other day to keep me in touch with their progress. They told me yesterday the dealer fixed all the mechanical problems now they gotta fix the minor scratches I noticed, But if they're not done by next week I'm calling the BBB. Because I dropped it off two weeks ago and that should of been enough time. This is what I get for listening to a dealer recommendation. The body shops over here suck. I went to supposedly the best shop in town to install my front end, they left orange peel all over. So I decided somewhere else this time and they painted great but cant do the job right the first time.
