Closest brake pads to stock

I want to do my front brake pads, does anyone know of any other pads besides the dealer that are really close to the stock pads. I just want to keep my car stock, don't care about drag racing or anything.

I usually like to stick with factory brake pads, because on my Honda it really makes a difference. Every time I used aftermarket brake pads, my rotors would warp.

Any suggestions appreciated.

The brake pads you use has zero to do with warped rotors, even on a Honda! Rotors warp due to the poor manufacturing process and using an impact gun to install your wheels. We use aftermarket pads on our G35's that are much better than OEM pads. I use Hawk HP pads that leave very little dust and have lasted (to date) twice what my OEM pads did. My rotors aren't warped because I install my wheels using a torq wrench set at 85 so there's never an issue with over tightening aka warping.

an impact won't over torque and warp if you use it properly ie don't let it just keep hammering away.

The quickest way to warp a rotor is not tightening opposing lugs in a star pattern all around. I didn't think that needed to be mentioned since i hope even the most goober home mechanic knows that rule.

what he said^

I'm still on my original pads for the brembo set up, and plan to get stock pads once done.

I guess I should have stated that i don't want to pay the dealer price for stock pads, I want to buy something as close to the stock pads as possible without paying dealer prices and avoiding pulsating brake pedal issues.

Technically, they are not warped rotors, cheap brake pads will embed particles into the rotors and cause a warped rotor sensation. It had nothing to do with torque on my Honda, because I did not remove the rotors. I just put on the cheap $9.99 Autozone brake pads, and about 3 weeks later, pulsating brake pedal. Next time I used Bap, $45 dollar pads, same thing. After that I always got Dealer Honda pads, never had another problem. I just got the BAP rotors, and Honda pads.

any pads you get from autozone is crap.. im sure rick@reiversideinfiniti or tony@riversideinfiniti can get you OEM pads for cheaper than your local dealer. I switched from OEM brembo pads to hawks due to the ridiculous amount of brake dust the OEMs gave off.
