I have an 07 g35x with the 5at, and I notice these issues as well. I've noticed that the smoother I apply the throttle, the less I notice it....but I can't keep it from happening at all. GT-ER, did you ever discover what the issue was with your car, or are you still experiencing the same things?

Me too, but sometimes it bothers me more than others. I guess if I was 100 percent sure that it wasn't a slipping transmission, or failing TB or whatever else it could be with the drive by wire system......anyways I feel like what everyone here calls normal is really an infiniti problem. Just wish they would admit it and address it.

I was talking to my buddy who is a mechanic about my shuddering and "hiccup" in rpm's at 3,750rpm when in 2nd 3rd and 4th if applying light throttle unttil until I hit that rpm mark whihch is where I experience this hiccup in tiptronic. In d mode I experience this in 2nd around 25 mph its a slight jerk/bump I experience when applying smooth linear throttle. I had the shutter at 40 even after applying tsb for throttle sensitivity. My buddy asked if the Tps - throttle position sensor was checked..I think it could still be the torque converter but hope this helps. Google tps shudder/hesitation and sure enough its brings up a lot

^After googling that, apparently every other car out there has this problem as well and its because of the TPS. The torque converter hiccup happens at around 3K RPM.

I think I have this problem with my 6mt. Feels like the car is about to break down, but all of a sudden, after a certain rpm, all is normal.

I haven't had it happen in a while, or maybe I just don't notice it anymore.
