Moving it wouldnt solve anything, they love my car. I dont blame them though, its nice and silky smooth

Car cover is being looked at as of now though, thanks.

get a couple of empty milk gallons and fill with water and place them on top of the car when you leave(anywhere near where he normally lays down)

It sounds nutty but it works.

yeah the milk jug thing might work,
a better way is to got to walmart and pick up a cheapie $40- bb gun and blast 'em cats,
you will relieve your stress, and be doing your neighbor a favor from those smelly noisy damn cats,
