possibly annoying console question

I'm sure this has been covered to death, but I can't find the info on replacing the first center console with the updated version. Can someone post a link with instructions and sources for the parts?

Am I mistaken that there is a better center console for the 03 g35?

2003.5 have cup holders... well and pre wired for sat radio too...
