garages are a dangerous place...

I have literally re-arranged my garage so that nothing could possible fall on either my car or my wife's car.

Sure enough, I open the door to the garage and *bonk* the mop on the other side of the door lands on my front bumper...

Luckily no g35's were harmed in the making of this fiasco... but omg... scared the crap out of me.

My 350z had an indention in the rear bumper from some guy barely even hitting me, so I know I could sneeze on my car and dent it somehow... I am about to wrap my car in bubble wrap, maybe that will keep her safe .

Any of you guys have a garage fiasco story?

LOL, I thought maybe you meant the garage is where mods happen and it drains your wallet...

Yeah, I have a couple dings/scratches from kids' bikes.

My boyfriend picks up the push lawnmower and carries it over my G during the summer, when it's in the garage and he needs to mow.

I'm just waiting for the day that he trips.

IMO, killing him for dropping a lawnmower on my G wouldn't be an excuse .. It'd be a completely valid reason. I'm sure the jury would agree!

Not an airconditioner. A cooler! Atleast the G won. The cooler was destroyed.

My G was pissed though.

Worst thing to happen was when I was closing my garage on my moms new van while she was opening the trunk/gate and the door slammed on the thing denting it in and getting caught. Then when I managed to pry the two apart the garage door almost fell apart and I broke the garage as well. Lets just say i dont close the garage anymore.

Another time was when i was pulling my bike out of the garage and I almost dropped my bike on my wrx. Luckily with my skinny arms and legs I managed to muscle it to an upright before something tragic happened.

Not having a garage is a lot more dangerous for a G than having one.

yeesh... An A/C cooler.

Yah I guess if I didn't have my garage it would be a lot more vulnerable.

I looked at my front bumper and that stupid mop did cause a small indention in it... argh... You have to look really close and only in certain lights, but damnit!

My hypothesis was correct though, doesnt take much to dent these bumpers.
