I'm new to the board and I don't have a G....but I'd like to get some info if ya'll don't mind.
1) Can you actually order this car the way you want it??
This is something that's definately a NO NO with Honda (have to take them as they come)
I'd like a car with all the sport and handling goodies but I'm NOT interested in a sunroof or navigation for that matter.
I do want a 6 MT! Can you order whatever color you want.
2) Have you guys had any trouble with your cars?? One reason I went with Honda instead of Nissan or Infinity this time around i because Nissan has just about totally revamped their line up in the last 2 years so I was doubious about all this newness while still keeping the v.good reliability ratings that nissan has had in the past.
3) Any particular likes or dislikes about your cars??

For my Accord, I've got the 6 speed V6 coupe and I love the engine/clutch/tranny combo but the handling leaves something to be desired. Overall the car is quite comfortable but I wish Honda allowed you to order a car without a sunroof if you don't want one or that they allowed you to get the 6 MT without all the other bells and whistles luxo stuff.

Well to answer Question 1, yes. You can fully customize the G. You can do it online or at the dealer. However, some G's are harder to find than others (i.e. Sunroof or non) - the non-sunroof G's are hard to come by. I'd suggest going into the dealer and see what they can do for you. As for the other answers, you'll probably find that most people on this board love their G and you'll get a biased opinion.

Hey thanks! Are you all satisfied with the reliability or so you think there are any troublesome areas with your cars? One reson I ask is that at the present time, I do a LOT of driving and I live in a somewhat rural area. There are no Nissan, Infinity or Honda dealers nearby. I need a car that doesn't need to go to the dealer and get fixed (hopefully never). Even my Honda has some problems already (with just 10K miles on it!!)
