How much for your G in SoCal? Anyone?

I know this is a repetitive question, but for the people in SoCal, what did you pay out the door for your 6MT / leather (incl. CA tax / lic. / reg.)?
The only deals I'm seeing for new '04 6MT leather G's online in the SoCal dealerships are ranging from $34,000 - $40,000 (depending upon options). This is out of my price range. I'm only willing to pay $32,000 (sticker) at max, for my G.
I read on one of the responses for this thread that for $32,000 sticker, I could obtain a pretty decked out '04 6MT leather. I've heard so many problems with '03 6MT's that I'm really leaning towards an '04.
