most people go with either the hotckings or stillen.
I just go mine installed (hotckings) and they are worth every penny. The car feel much more responsive,

is it not possible because of hood clearance issues? or other technnical problems?

It's not possible because the G35 doesn't have the necessary mounts.

Crawford was going to do a strut bar for the G but he nixxed it. He said the AC lines are routed differently than the Z and they get in the way of the bracket that needs to be added. He said to re-route the ac lines is WAY pricey for a 200 buck mod.

i believe the G does have the necessary mounts, but its a problem of hood clearance...

Re: G35 coupe front strut bar?!

As mentioned above, the G35 is not blessed with the required special welded on mounting tabs that they gave the 350Z, so you cannot begine to mount a strut tower bar even if you wanted too. One could step into their local Nissan parts department and order the 350Z body panels that have the mounts, they cost $219 per side so you'd order 2. Then slice the mounts off and weld them too your G. But you have other things in the way to deal with besides all that.

Here's a detailed study I did on the subject so hopefully people would use the search feature and know the question had already been answered. But I do keep the link handly just the same.
