it's a bit tricky. you'll see a diamond shaped plastic clip that has a flat line through it going horizontally in both corners of the grill. so if you're looking at your grill face on, it'll be in the top right and top left corner. you'll need a flashlight to see it better. take a flat head and turn it 90 degrees (i normally go counter clockwise). as you get it to that point, pull the grill towards you. that should help with the top. hopefully the rest should be easy after that.
