^ I'm pretty sure it's a custom job. There are really no companies that make gauge pods for the G unless you want them in the A pillar.

^ I agree. Spent countless hours searching the net for a pod with that location on our G's...results were nada *sigh*

just about any audio shop that does custom fiberglass speaker boxes could do it. It would just be like a really tiny speaker box. lol

If you don't have NAVI, put them in the little cubby place

That's....^....my idea too! Perfect location cause it's at eye level and easy to read.

Here is my solution, works great, perfect view, pain to clean behind.

The only downfall, would be cost,if you can fab yourself,go for it,if you have to pay someone( I am a custom audio installer, and I own my own shop,I know thats cheating) this little number was about 20 hours of fitting, fab work and sanding and priming and painting, plus wiring all the gauges.and my shop rate is 100/hr so you do the math.

My a-pillar pod came with a big warning not to install if the side curtain airbags are in the a-pillar. Makes sense. I wouldn't want 3 guages exploding into my face if that thing ever went off.

Does anyone know where the side curtain airbags are in our cars?
