Is your G a keeper or Just a Phase??
I have an 04 LR coupe AT, Mildly modded. I fell in love with this car back in 05 and obtained my 04 in 06. I'm reaching payoff on it, but been having serious mixed thoughts on rather to keep it and continue doing what I love with it or let it go and move on knowing there's 100's of other cars I wold love to own.
One day i'm settled on selling it then the next day I see a coupe here or there that i would love for my car to reach the level of and I'm back to keeping it. I was curious if anyone of you G owners get to this point?
What's your opinion on the G as a car and your opinion on how you feel about your own car?
Is it a keeper type of car?

I flip flop all of the time. The car at times is everything I want and then at others it isnt. My tentative plan for now is to keep it, mod it, take care of it and then maybe get a newer G35/7 sedan later on or get something completely different like a Forester-Turbo or S4 wagon for daily purposes and then keep the G for more focused fun stuff/or get a lighter/cheaper platform and do some mild tracking with it. In any case, once its paid off, it will not be my daily anymore.

Keeper! Sorry...sedan. Can I post here?
I spent about 6 months looking at cars to buy, and the G was consistently at the top after other test drives. The list included pretty much all sport sedans, FWD coupes, etc. I'd buy another G in a heartbeat, but would probably look to get a model with more modifiable suspension (i.e. not AWD). Unless you've seen a brand new GT-R priced around $30K?
