Did you read the article I posted?

Predisposed-- now do you mean socially or genetically? Are you sure you couldn't more strongly correlate those statistics to poverty? I know for a fact that whites in poverty commit equally as much crime as blacks. It's the unfortunate situation that a higher percentage of blacks in this country are poor, but if your normalize for income, the stats are the same.

socially predisposed, obviously crime occurs in a poverty stricken area. broken windows theory for example. Id like to see the stats where whites commit an equal amount of crime as blacks in these areas. Not to mention theres more blacks in these areas than whites, and you have to skew the scale in order to get equal results.

Its not skewing, its normalizing. If race really is the issue here, you want to separate it from all other variables so see its true effect.

If you look at this the difference in average crime rate goes from a factor of 3 to about .2 when normalized for poverty rate in an area. Ok so not completely equal, but pretty darn close, no?

I have a law degree and let me tell you, the real world is a lot different from the academic world. If you make it through and pass the Bar, the ACLU should have some opportunities for you. Good luck!

No doubt the real world is different, it certainly is in Newark. And I know how idealistic I'm coming off here, and I'm not actually that ideallistic, but I was a bit bored at work and saw a morally indefensible position to play with. If you don't start from idealism where do you? It's just that I was lucky enough to make it outta Newark and I'm not content to sit back and just stay out of trouble. You've gotta challenge injustices if you wan them to go away.

You come to a forum where 99% of us have a lot of passion for these cars, and ask what we think of something, if it's a terrible idea we are going to tell you.

Sometimes we get a little out of hand, but it is just to prove a point.
Except the thing is I never asked what anyone here thought about 22" rims. I asked about a softer suspension and casually mentioned rims, and everyone felt the need to throw their 2 cents in.. which I really didn't mind. Albeit a few people being racist (I'm not black). CreativedesignZ posts are odd but humorous to read at the same time... he's just a nerd trying to sit at the cool table.

For the record: I'm from the Northeast as well, and we don't have donks around here and I didn't even know what one was until I read it on a lexus forum a few weeks ago. Putting 22s on a G35 might not be common where you all are from, and you might not think it belongs, but it certainly doesn't come close to "donk-status" lol.

Just to further your point, gts, OE modding is actually pretty popular here, we're in the happy position of being able to do that...so I can drive a practical sedan that handles and sounds like a 350z, plus it looks great with forged alu 19" rims made by Rays Engineering. Oh yeah, they're OE from a sport coupe.

OP - larger rims will not give you a softer ride. And 22's are too big for a G; 20s are perfect. It's a matter of proportion.
