I saw the show last nite and an 03' 350z was on the show. This is what the guy said his car had on it: auto, supercharger, aam plenum spacer, nos and maybe some other mods. But the point is he ran a 15 second 1/4 mile, why so slow with a supercharger!!!!!! Did anyone else see the show??

If he did in fact have those modifications.. it's pretty hard to screw up an auto. Mash to the floor and hang on. Maybe he had an elephant in his trunk.

 

even if he didnt have a supercharger and only nos he is still supposed to run mid 13's i believe twarsop is right he had a elephant in the trunk or he is a damn liar and had zero mods

 

He ran 15 ......... he has got to be a liar because I remeber running high 14's with my '01Ford Focus that only had Cold air intake and Cat-back exhaust. He should be ashamed of himself and PASSTIME should have never showed that BS!!!!!!!!

PASSTIME should make sure these guys arent lying B4 they run. Stuff like that is why the v8 guys clump us in with the 4 banger, ricer crowd all the time.

the 350z ran 14.1 in 2003, i'm guessing thats a 6mt, but i wouldn't expect the auto to be to far off. thats crazy. I would be pissed if I ran a 15 second run in my stock G (essentially). Did he screw up big time traction wise?

 

no he seemed to hook up well to the track

 

I love the speed channel with the exception of Pass Time and all the re-runs on "Chop/Cut & Rebuild." When I'm having lunch and I see the same show two days in a row that's frustrating....
