Fuel Delivery problems....

'04 G35 Coupe, 6MT, no major engine mods only bolt-ons, fuel system is 100% stock. 77k miles on the car.

OK, so here are the symptoms. I cannot drive the car over 2500rpm, it bogs and feels like I hit the rev-limiter. There is no CEL. While trying to diagnose this I added some fuel to the intake system, and it runs smoother and allows me to rev the car much higher, so obviously the problem is being caused due to lack of fuel.

Now the question is WHY is it not getting enough fuel? I don't think its the injectors, cuz that would cause a miss in that particular cylinder, and throw a CEL. This is not happening. Its not missing or knocking at all. Which leads me to fuel delivery. Possible fuel pump, or MAF problem?

I want to hook up a fuel pressure gauge, but how and where? If anyone else has any experience with any similar problems or any other insight, it would be greatly appreciated. I can't drive the car, and I would like it back since its my daily driver. Took me an hour to get home today cuz I had to take all local streets to keep it under 2k.
