aftermarket rims and tires.

i have a 06 G35 coupe with after market rims and tires. The rims are from niche.
My tires are really low profile. i dun remember exactly but it's about 2~3 inches.
i have a question about tire pressure. On the tire wall, it says the psi should be 51. But then i saw my brother's car's tires and they say 51 psi also. But on the front door decal it says max psi should be 31psi..
So i'm guessing the tire pressure on my tires shouldn't be 51 psi. I put about 42~43 psi for now.
How much should i put in??

so u basically subtract 10~15 psi from what it says on the tire wall for any tires, right?

In your manual and on your drivers door there's a sticker that reads 35 PSI. If you run anything above 37 to 40 you'll wear out the centers of your tires. What you see on the sidewall of your tires in the maximum PSI allowed, that doesn't mean you should run that amount....ever!

my tires are aftermarket which have very low profile. Since they are low profile, i think they are stretched. i bought a used g35 with the low profile tires so i dun know exactly about the tires.
i heard someone saying put 44psi or MAX.

^^no... just because they are low profile they are NOT necessarily stretched

would you just put 35 already?

Your G35 came with a manual, s/b in the trunk in that black case.... One more time, if you drive a G35 coupe or sedan your tire pressuer s/b 35 PSI. We all have low profile tires, some more than others but the tire pressure remains the same....Hello 42/43 is way to high unless you enjoy buying tires every year and having a crappy ride.
