Best Bang for the Buck to date!
Ok, I did it. I debadged my Coupe.
About 20 minutes with just the dental floss and my finger followed by some bug/tar remover. (Note to those who want to do this on their G. Use the dental floss just to get under the edge of the letter/number, pull the item away from the car while pulling down with the floss. This leaves most of the "rubberized glue" intact and much easier to rub/pull off of the paint. Using the floss in an attempt to cut the "rubberized glue" and the item from the paint at the same time leaves tiny broken fragments which are difficult to "roll" up and pull off of the paint.)
I know that this is more dramatic for the darker colors but I still like the affect on my "Brilliant Silver" coupe. (Please ignore the blob in the bumper, it's just some aberration in the camera. )

<font color=red>After:</font color=red>

When someone comes out with a replacement grill that is essentially stock but without the "Mt. Fuji", I'll replace the grill. But I don't think I'll debadge "Mt. Fuji" from the trunk. Let the knowledgable elite recognize the make. The unwashed masses can find out for themselves.
I showed my detailer (he removed the rubberized glue remnants with the bug/tar remover). He liked the results. "Yea, Dude! No free corporate advertising !" I think that working in a Beverly Hills Detailing shop must have affected his opinion of corporate America. But I didn't work there and I'm of the same opinion.
