Ditto. I think.
I planned on doing the black-out treatment on the headlights. Do you use these overlays on the EXTERIOR of the lamp housings? The tail light treatments have come across so clean I figured they were installed on the INSIDE of the assemblies.
If I can accomplish what you did, WITHOUT splitting my light assemblies and baking them, then I'm in! Can someone clarify/confirm this for me?

Nope it's not the darkest tint Bats has(think he has a darker one). I didn't want it too dark. I still wanted the side light and amber blinker to be visible to the eye.
And to the reply up. It's a overlay to the headlight. No oven bake or opening to the headlight housing. All I did was use a exacto knife to the tint and trace the circles. But be VERY careful when doing so. The tint is pretty thick so you can play with it.

Thanks! I'm definately going to be in on this one. I just can't being myself to do the shake and bake thing. I would rather buy another whole assembly that has been blacked out. lol This overlay is just the ticket for me!
