test-pipes with stock exhaust?
My uncle has a 350z with nismo exhaust, and helix test pipes
Its very loud and sounds sweet!, I want to have tests pipes as well
but my question wound it sound as good without aftermarket exhaust? or will it sound like crap? please post your suggestions.

It will prob. sound very raspy and annoying with the stock exhaust considering test pipe's are straight through free flowing pipes, if you still have the restrictive stock exhaust (y pipe, mid and mufflers) it will be muffled and loud not allowing all of the air to flow through. It sounds the best with a free flowing exhaust. I have the XERD test pipes and borla TD for the sedan, it sounds MEAN and so deep, no rasp at all!!
