As mentioned before, your Master/Slave is bad.
When using a higher force pressure plate, especially on a car with the miles you have on it, the M/S cylinders can't hold up.
Replace the Master and Slave and use Motul or Brembo brake fluid. Not at Meineke!, and not rebuilt parts from autozone, but OEM units from Infiniti. (Cheaper price at Nissan if asking for same year Z parts.)
