Bumper to Bumper Warranty ?
1st post here, so if this is not the right forum please move it. I used the search function too.
So my my car died today after work, I believe it is the alternator. I got a jump and everything ran until I turned my headlights on. The service dept at the Infiniti dealership was closed and no one else could give me and answer as to whether it was covered or not until tomorrow. I need an answer because I need to know where to get it towed. My vehicle is still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty 36k or until March 23rd...I have 35700 miles and well it is March 10 so it couldnt have happened at a better time.
So, will this be covered under my warranty?
Also my keyfob is broken too, is that covered?

Welcome to Driver Bud....!
You should be covered under warranty with the alternator, key fob I doubt. With your alternator being bad the minute you put on the lights it killed your battery plus your G couldn't have been running great living off the battery. Since you've joined us many of your questions can be found by doing a SEARCH. Good Luck!

The keyfob just stopeed working one day, I changed the batteries and nothing happened.
I swear some of you guys are the search police.....but not actually quite like that, you enforce use of the search button. Its funny tho, sometimes its really ****en funny.
warranty forsure, keyfob....if you get a nice dealer, that wants you to buy from them again and its not super expsensive for them, they will do it. I remember when my dad wanted his truck mirror done by warranty, they took 1 month to say no, and he asks, how much to fix, they said $750....my dad was like ummmm......pretty sure this is not a porsche, anywho (i know i gotta stop using this word) he took it to a different dealer and not only did they replace it for free they said that the part only costs 25 bucks, they said you only have to replace the mirror part. WOW, F***en itiots....sorry, me and my dad were just talking about this the other day.
