Evo 8 is still a Mistubishi. I can go to Best Buy and buy a Mistubishi TV. my math is logical cuz M3s and G35s are luxury sports car, hence y there r more expensive then other cars like the evo 8. Evo is all engine, and thats wat u pay for, not the looks, leather seats or anything else nice cuz the inside of that car blows and it looks like a ricer. so ya it maybe faster and cheaper, but i think most people would rather want the G. so buying a G would work out better then M3 cuz its got luxury and 40gs less.

I'll have to disagree with this statement. A stripper 2004 E46 M3 (6MT) will run about $47,100 while a stripper 2004 G35C-6MT will run $32,700. That's a much closer difference than the $70K/$30K you stated. And for under $15,000 you not only get a nicer and faster car, but you get a warranty and standard maintainance to boot. There is something to be said for all of that... although I don't think it's worth the $15,000 delta in all fairness.

 

You should just sell your car and get a M3 or a Porsche.

 

I agree w/ you. I always find it funny how people don't include options or taxes on their car, yet include options & taxes on the price of the other car. Fully loaded M3, w/ taxes, still isn't $70 K.

I dont think any buys a stripped down M3, most G35 drivers have a premium package. So most M3s cost 50-55k upto 60k with full option, a G35 with premium is 35k with all the options it can go up to 38.5k, so its more than 15k difference. more like 18-22k range.

 

125 shot of nitrous should do it and youre not spending thousands on a TT or SC.

 

47gs for wat, 53 more hp and a BMW badge? i'm sorry but i think for the money u over pay for that m3 cuz sure the sticker might say 47, but they'll jack up as soon as u walk in the door. u over pay wit that car cuz u pay for three things 1. B, 2.M, 3.W. i;d rather buy the G for a lot less that looks amazing and is nice inside, spend the rest of the money left over, which is still alot, on mods that will smoke the M3. if u guys love BMW so much and r big ballers then go get one, i'll push a twin turbo (which can b bought from left over money) G35 anyday, and eat M3s for lunch.

m3's push 60,000 and onward...your so called stripped m3 is still way too much for it...just to say you drive an m3...btw everywhere I turn I see an m3...it is the german civic....and hard to mod because it is already pushing it on that engine block...for 60,000 buy a new Corvette c6 and call it a day....not a **** mobile(M3)

I AGREE!! Yea you can push a TT and smoke them, but then when they come out witht he 550 rwhp SC kit with a rebuilt engine for 10k$ which is about 2-3 k more than a g without rebuiilding an engine they will be outrunning almost every exotic!
