Have you ever driven the 2010 Prius? Yes, I'm serious.

^ fun fact.

if u drive a prius hard around a track it wastes more gas then a M3 going around the same track following it from behind

I drive a coupe and I am in college, honestly I would recommend a Sedan at this point though. It will last you longer in life as far as practicality goes imo

I know. I was shocked to my very core! Too bad California roads isn't like a track: wide, open, empty roads...

2010 Prius is a great improvement over it's predecessor. I drove one extensively on two separate occasions. The old one was utter crap, this one gives the hybrid class a run for its money.

I must be getting old.

... reality check...

If your budget is only 20k and you can put down half by summer, guess you are financing... you are probably looking at a $17,000-$18,000 car, lest you forget tax, title, and finance charges... insurance for those cars is expensive, especially since you are 20 or younger? Your parents wouldn't be able to put you as secondary driver if you don't live in the same city... well, they could, but should you be involved in an accident, you could get in legal trouble..

And then there's repairs. Those cars are expensive to repair. Of course, you could be good at fixing cars, I don't know that...

What are you driving right now anyway?

You've apparently missed the other threads started by the OP in the past. From what I remember he's not even 16 yet. I doubt he'll be worrying much about insurance, repair costs, or even fuel prices...someone else is paying them bills.
