Unless you're standing behind it and it shoots out into your leg... then you're buggered.

ummmm.....a magnet, really? Last time I checked, magnets did NOT attract plastic.

Now, is this guy really serious? I guess he is, he says he is. Would anyone else just say, "Oh, ****, I just shot a plastic straw into my throttle body...Oh well, lets bolt it all up and take a drive?" Ok my 14 year old son may try this. I was working on one of my older Hondas and dropped a screw down the in timing belt cover. It took me two hours to get it out with one of those extendable magnets. I would have never, even though, yes I cussed like a sailor with herpes for two hours and thought of just bolting it all back up, but I did not. I walked 3 miles to AutoZone and 3 miles back just to buy an extendable magnet. Do whatever it takes to get that thing out dude. WOW.

^ Just a little. I mean comon, what was he trying to accomplish....Maybe the straw would melt and coat the inside of the plenum for more free flowing air? I mean really. Then you are going to ask a g35 forum....He should of went to a Mustang forum at least that way they would proly not of made to much fun of him.

I can't imagine why this thread was resurrected, it was bad enough 9 months ago. The point is G3LU5, when someone does something this stupid and then makes a thread admitting their retardation they must expect more than a little We've had members leave nuts/bolts and washers inside their plenums and the answer is the same....get it out!
