dealership messed up my car :(

So I went to the dealership to take off my winter tires and put on my summer tires. They put one tire in the front seat but the way he put it in, it was leaning against the passenger door. This was in the morning. I drove to work and when I got home (6pm), I took the tires out. I noticed the pressure of the tire put groove marks in the door panel (the panel right below the passenger window). Obviously I'm pissed and going to complain (service dept. is open on Monday but manager isn't there till tuesday). Anyone ever have grooves or marks in the same area? do they have to replace that whole panel or is there a easier way to fix it? (the leather isn't ripped, just shows about a 2-3 inch groove pattern of intents). If anyone has had it fixed, has it cost a lot? (I'm going to approach the manager in a calm way but if he's a douchebag, I'm so taking this to small claims court).

try heating the area up with a hair dryer and smoothing it out.

Sounds like the padding underneath was compressed, if you are talking about the leather door panel wrap...

Those tread marks probably won't be there by Monday. I drive with my elbo on the top of the door sill and it leaves a dip/mark, the next day it's gone. Gotta love how the azz mechanics at the stealership treat our cars! Next time take your G to a wheel/tire shop for the swap, cost will be less and the individuals doing the work may not be any smarter but you can cover your seats....

i always get butterflies in my stomach whenever i have to drop off my car at any shop, let alone the stealership.... unless you are there watching them the whole time, you can never really know what they did to your car...

^^^just curious, is there any special greasing or anything along those lines i should do when i swap my wheels? I'm going to do it this friday, just got myself a torque wrench so i can set them to 80 lbs.

Anything else? all i was going to do was take off the winters and put on the summers straight up bolts and all.

sorry i really sound like i'm a dumb*** but i'd rather have random people laugh at me over the internet and make sure i do it right then do it wrong and screw things up on *my* new car.
