Did I reconnect the Cam Position sensors Wrong?

Well during my engine swap I COULD have installed the Cam Position sensor plugs wrong. Reason I think so is the motor is running good, but just not as peppy as my old motor and when I plugged the connectors in, there is a black one and a green one. On the driverside, I plugged the Green one up on the outer most plug and the black on the inner most plug, on the passenger side they fit opposite - Black on the otter most plug and green on the inner. I think I have the passenger side backwards but just not sure cause it didn't seem to wanna fit.
Anyone know?

That's what it seems happened. I just found it funny that they were unsemetrical. I went out to the car in the parking deck and tried to swap them and the wiring harness was too tight to swap them so I suppose they are supposed to be that way.

I also found this connector disconnected while I was trying to swap the CPS plugs. This might be a problem ,but I just don't know where it goes.

There should be a sensor some where in the middle of the valley if I remember correctly.
