Time Sensitive Question regarding wheel firmament

First off, sorry to post another wheel thread, in the wrong section no less. I have been on 3si for almost 8 years and this drives me nuts, however this is time sensitive.

I have been reading up on different fittaments sense about 8am today, and think I am more confused for these cars than when I started

I have an 03 Coupe with the Brembos.

I am looking at a tire wheel package that has this

Front 19x9.5 +28mm offset 5x114.3 lug pattern Tires 245/40/19
Rear 19x10.5 +11mm offset 5x114.3 lug pattern Tires 275/35/19

Now, will these

A. Clear my brakes
B. Be fine on unrolled fenders.

Also is it normal to have such different offsets on the front and rears, usually they are uniform.

Thanks

So are the rears going to stick out past the fender?

Cool, from everything Im seeing it seems like I will have to get my fenders rolled for these to fit. I am still at stock ride height, I was hoping they would fit without rolling the fenders.

11 is not extreme. Thats less than half an inch to the outside of the center of the barrel on 10.5
