i don't think its by a minimum number of posts i think its by time. I had like 260 some posts and then suddenly it unlocked, i think its like 4 months or something. I dunno, i just remember hearing 200 posts and after i was at like 210 there was still nothing so im not to sure

 

Its 45 days, and 100 posts.
