Clank clank

every time I back up slow or drive forward in my garage I hear a CLANK CLANK sound. Is this related to the clicking axle sound? would greasing the axle help any?

I'm not sure about a "clank" but I just had this noise and actually went yesterday to have the dealer lube it and put all new bolts .. the noise is more of a ticking/light clicking .. it wasn't TOO loud but it was definitely noticeable .. at first I was hearing it only in reverse but it gets worse over time I'm guessing

It was more of a clank or pop sound. And LOUD.
