despite all the haters.... and yes i agree it does look tacky, but im sure none the less it is very usefull and i'm sure he loves it and i'm sure i'de love it too!!!

 

I'm all for the "clean" look, but it is practical if you want something nicer than all those crappy *** double-din head units.

I think for this to look right you would have to relocate the ac unit and mount it there. In that place just looks out of place IMO.

 

Location location location. I will say that it is pretty cool though having and ipad integrated into your car though.

 

Nice attempt but that has to be a major distraction. If you get pulled over by a cop and you have that up you might get a ticket. They give out tickets for hanging objects from your rearview mirror. Be careful with the cops and robbers!

 

I bet if you turned it Horizontal it might look better since your just leaving it there for driving.

IF (and im not) but IF i was going to do is as ghetto as this. i would have put the velcrow right in the center of the dash about 6 inch lower than you did. and drop the whole ipad down so the bottom is resting on the center console. that way its not blocking my view

Yep Apple sucks. Apple, the company that runs an operating system that's far superior to windows (I'm sure you don't know that, but ask) and makes iPods which is virtually a monopoly in today's growing want/need for handheld devices. Not to mention the iPhone, the best rated phone on the market for how many years now?
